Pours a giant, stable head with an amber, slightly hazy color.
Aromas of lemon peel, hints of peppery coriander, biscuits and slightly sour yeast. Actually quite fruity on the nose.
Begins with smooth malt and a a meek yeast foundation, accompanied by herbal hops und zingy spices. The spices also bring a biscuity sweetness to the palate, which reveals orange peel and even more cloves. Despite its spicy impact, the brew remains its refeshing, somehow fruity character, generously balanced by a mellow yeastiness. Finishes with a pleasant, semidry bitterness, accompanied by toffee and glazed oranges.
