I had this on-tap in a taster glass at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: medium orange hue with a good haze. Standard for the style.
Smell: big pineapple aroma with a nice underlying sweetness. It really appeals to me!
Taste: fresh hop flavor; there's a really interesting combination coming through here. The pineapple from the aroma is subdued, but added to it is an almost herbal, bitter Campari flavor. Fascinating! I quite like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a low level of carbonation. Not super creamy, but OK.
Overall: quite a tasty and satisfying double IPA. I particularly love the aroma.
