500ml bottle served in a pint glass. Bottled in September 2022.
Pours clear light yellow with very little head. Smell is lemon and lemon zest. Oak and musty, dark rooms.
Taste is some bright citrusy Centennial hops, lemon and even a hint of lime, moderate oaky / woodiness.
Mouthfeel is light, very dry, fairly still. Overall, not bad.

Poured into a Reuben's Brew pint glass. Pours a hazy, light to medium golden amber with a half finger white head that dissipates to patches with light lacing. Aroma of lightly biscuit malt, citrus hops, lemon, lightly vegetal. Flavor is pale malt with mild biscuit, citrus and piney hops, lemon, grapefruit and a touch of pine. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A pleasant English style pale ale with less malt depth than I expected, but still to style. Although the herbal hop character is present, it's a bit muted and I'm only getting light characteristics of the Centennial hop flavors of citrus and pine. It's fine for the style, but muted fresh hop character.
