16oz can served in a large nonic pint glass. Don't see a date on it. Bought it yesterday at Full Throttle Bottles.

Pours a hazy light orange-goal, initially with a big coarse head that settles into a thick, medium-grit cap of a bit under a centimeter. Smell is yeast and grain with a hint of orange blossom.

Taste is moderate honeysuckle sweetness, bark and nut bitterness, strong oak tannins. Some grain / oat sweetness.

Mouthfeel is light, smooth, maybe a bit on the still side. Overall, this is a very tasty 4.2% abv beer, I'm digging it.

Pours a clear pale yellow-amber with plenty of coarse foam in the Copper Kettle goblet. Light bodty but frothy mouthfeel. Quite fragrant with hertbal notes. Hops are listed as East Kent Goldings, First Gold, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Warm-toned with a very pleasant malty, grainy taste. Moderate bitter aftertaste. Very flavorful and satisfying beer for a lighter alcohol content. Overall this is my favorite brew from Machine House. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.

Poured into a Samuel Smith pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of aroma of pale and lightly caramel malt, grassy and floral hops, mild lemon, dried floral hay, honey. Flavor is pale, lightly biscuit malt, grassy hops, hay, a touch of caramel and funk, some lemon in the finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess and sharp carbonation. Another interesting ale from Machine House with vintage barley malt variety; this one in collaboration with Bizarre Brewing, which also appears to be interested in traditional lighter ale varieties. The Golden Promise malt in combination with the caramelized oats gives this a light caramel note that is not that common in English ales. It also has an interesting funk that has me curious about the yeast, as this is not a flavor I'm expecting in this style. All in all, an fun combination of traditional English ale with some unexpected flavors. Pleasant and sessionable.
