Appearance - The beer was a straw color with a bubbly white head.
Smell - The nose leaned toward a lighter farmhouse ale, but notes of gin were present in the nose.
Taste - Much like the nose, this was a lighter tasting farmhouse with light grass notes, some funk, and a little bit of lemon. In the background, the gin notes were present. I found myself wanting more of the promised gin inspiration as taste faded quickly.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation was fairly aggressive, brushy away the taste rather quickly.
Overall - I found myself wanting more gin presence. Couple with a lighter overall profile, I found the beer to be nice but not overly impressive.
