(Served in a teku)
A- This beer pours a hazy deep orange body with a slight hue of rose and a big fizzy head that turns into a broke mat.
S- The bread yeast aroma has some soft clove phenols that grown with a mellow citrus zest note in the finish.
T- The club soda flavor is strong with yeast flavor and some softer clove phenols in the dry finish. There is some juicy citrus flavors that stay mellow with an herbal hop note that blends with a slight tartness of hibiscus in the aftertaste.
M- The light mouthfeel has a tight fizz with a soft alcohol warmth as it opens up.
O- The well blended flavor has the yeast character taking the lead with the other flavors a bit too soft. This is a nice sipper for warm weather.
