a balanced pils, quite flavorful with the biscuity czech pils malts, but not overly unique aside from a whole bunch of body and carbonation, which both confuses and reaffirms the style respectively. blonde with some chill haze, but light looking beer, not a ton of head, but some thin lace on the edges at the surface. smell and taste of noble hops in fine proportion and a heavier pilsener malt base. a little filling for the style was my main takeaway, although i like its robustness, a pilsener too light can be a real bore, and this certainly isnt that. a good compliment to much of their food, and i think thats the point with all their beer.
