Pours a clear, copper color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Slight lacing and slight retention. Smells of strong yeast, sweet malt, hint of smoke, alcohol, and slight pale malt. Fits the style of a Fruit / Vegetable beer. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight rose, alcohol, hint of pale malt, hint of roasted malt, and strong yeast. Overall, weak appearance, but good aroma and body, the rose root is noticeable in the body but not the nose. Good complexity in the body as well as good blending.
