Farmhouse beer mashed through a bed of cedar branches, brewed with sassafras leaves foraged from our property, and fermented with our wild house mixed culture. The mash filter provides an ever-present essence of a woodsy, gin-like mouthfeel and flavor, while the leaves contribute a distinct, fruit look-like component, almost akin to a tropical late hop addition profile.
