Cellared 1.5 years. Murky golden body with a white cap. Getting bright oak with must, golden grains, belgian yeast and sour lemon zest. Taste is surprisingly different: musty grape leaves with rustic yet bright sour oak lead, yeast is earthy more the anything, graininess is replaced with biscuit. Not shockingly a unique complexion from scratch but it works. Feel is playfully sour, bright, rustic and musty.

Pale gold with tiny bubbles rising rapidly to the surface. A finger of foam fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass.

Aroma is big on oaky vanilla. Taste is huge oak too, dill, vanilla, grapefruit. Really expressive. Lighter feel, medium bodied. Supple carbonation. Overall this is really good stuff and I hope they foeder-age other beers too.

Thanks to Bill for this one!
