A refined farmhouse beer brewed with Chicago Hardy figs and clover from our property, and aged in annoak-forward foeder from Foeder Crafters wild yeast and bacteria. Lots of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla baking spoce character with a lightly tart finish.

Had on tap. Murky pale yellow body with two fingers of white foam and spotted lacing. Aromas of fig, sour oak, clover, wet leaves, hay and general wild yeast. Smells as it tastes but the fig is less a leader but more a waltzing partner for the wild botanicals and oak, hints of lemon zest and pear linger. Feel is bright, slightly sour, light and delicate, with a yeasty finish. Elevated indeed. A wonderful "out there" beer for spring
