A truly German style pilsner brewed with Heirloom pilsner malt and Loral hops. This magical elixir showcases notes of light floral, herbal and fruity hop, balanced with a dusting of spiced fruit character and a refreshingly soft mouthfeel.

Other than the bitter after taste that lingers, this pils is great. Light, florally and sweet. Very easy to drink.

Clear light gold pour, white head is smallish. Nose is floral and malty
Taste shares Pils, floral, touch citrus, hay, subtle herbs. Light mouthfeel. Finish sees a medium, dry herbal bitterness.

Well I think they nailed it on this one, or at least got real close. Very pilsner with noble hop character over a solid malt that is a little sweet, with straw and dry grassy notes, and an overall refreshing and tasty treat. Going to be looking for more Pinthouse beers and may wind up visiting the place soon enough

Crystal clear body, golden color; sparse carbonation; thick, creamy, billowy head, white. Beautiful aroma; floral and light fruity esters; pear. Nicely balanced and subtle flavors; very light malt note; mild esters and grassy qualities; mild to medium hop bitterness, grassy with a bit of peppery spiciness. Medium light body; crisp; semi-juicy.
This is a fine pilsner, simple yet elegant.
Pouring temperature: 45 °F; canning info: 05/19/22 I REALLY LIKE THAT -G

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear golden amber color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head has a great level of retention, fading slowly over time to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a wheat and grainy smell mixed with a bit of harvest fruit and some light caramel. Mixed with these aromas comes a light citrus, floral, and herbal smell.
Taste – The taste starts out with a nice blend of graininess and some sweetness of a citrus and white grape flavor. At the same time there is a little a bit of harvest fruit and some cracker malt. Towards the end of the taste the sweetness fades just a tad, all while the grain gets slightly stronger and is joined by some light floral and herbal hop, leaving one with a rather pleasant, slightly fruity and sweet, but very approachable pils taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thin and crisp with a carbonation level that is higher. For the style and the tastes the feel is great and makes for a crisp and easy sipper.
Overall – A rather nice sweeter, slightly fruitier pils. Great for a warmer summer day!

CAN:
Not a traditional pilsner, but a nice one in its own right even it is overhopped.
C+ / ABOVE AVERAGE
***
09/04/22 16 fl oz pull-tab can:
Soft and creamy. Smooth, wet, approachable.
Clean pilsner malt and mild hoppy flavours unite to good effect, but it is a bit overhopped by traditional pilsner standards (though not as egregiously as something like Victory Prima Pils). Balanced if you accept it as an IPL instead of a pilsner proper. Well carbonated.
Clean drinking and refreshing, with an easy to approach flavour profile that tends towards the hoppier side for a lager. I don't know that it commands its $13.99 USD/4-pack pricetag, but it's a nice little albeit disingenuously marketed brew from Pinthouse.

pours a clear pale yellow gold body with a slightly cream-colored foam head that has moderately high retention and leaves thin splatters of sudsy lacing behind as it settles to a cap that has little puffy foam islands surrounded by a solid halo
aroma is big and fruity floral grass with biscuity malt backbone
taste is slightly tangy with citrus, floral and grassy with the bready biscuit malt kicking in more
mouthfeel is high carbonation and light bodied, running crisp and dry up front before pillowing out with grainy edges and finishing dry and crisp with a citrus spritzed dry-grass hop aftertaste
overall:
ultra-solid, mildly complex but superbly enjoyable pils. it notes the german influence but ultimately deviates in a spunky way. with the pricetag, i'm highly unlikely to splurge on the full pack, but would certainly spring for a single tallboy again, or even better, any time i see it on draft

Can dated 12/20/21 into a pilsner glass.
Definitely an American take. Floral forward with undertones of grassiness and citrus zest. My first Pinthouse brew sent from a ATX buddy, hoping to get to try more.

16oz canned 2-23-21, opened 3-20-21.
1 finger white head with good retention...holds at a 1/4" solid.
Straw gold with brilliant clarity. Light, wispy lacing.
Nose is aromatic but subtle, floral and some citrus/berry over a light pilsner malt aroma.
Zesty-ish hop flavor (citrus/lime/floral) first over a clean malt base.
Light body, soft carbonation...hoppy but not bitter in the dry finish.
Good to Very Good.
