Our brewers have pushed this year’s batch beyond the stratosphere! Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Citra Cryo, Lotus and HBC 586 Cryo hops were hand picked to take flight in this juice driven IPA, resulting in complex notes of bright citrus, honeysuckle, white peach and blueberry. This fruit fueled framework is harnessed by balanced bitterness and a refreshing composition!

Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops are advertised. let's see what's up

pours a hazy mellow yellow gold body with darker hues around the edges that has a rocky chalk-white frothy foam head that has moderate retention and leaves behind a high amount of thick, small bubbled sticky lacing as it settles to a rocky halo that

the aroma is so strong that I can feel it from about a foot away. it's floral, it's dank, it's sticky sweet and sour hop goodness.

taste is lemon cake, nectarine, tangerine - all the "een's" and cream along with floral near-tea jazz, and peach for good measure. it's bready and honeyed as far as the malt goes. the mosaic flirts with it's more complicated blueberry possibilities. el dorado does it's part with the pineapple and stone fruit, marrying galaxy's peach instincts. the floral and near-orange amarillo hits well with the citra which manages most of the notes available to it, but most interestingly, goose-berries, which adds a little funk to the mix.

mouthfeel: higher carbonation and medium-light bodied. smooth and pillowy with rare prickles, a dry finish, and a tea-bag earthy aftertaste that lingers

overall:
this was superbly layered and executed. I expect top-tier on a local level from Pinthouse, and this is a solid delivery.
beautiful. just...beautiful.
