Draft at pies and pints. Nonic pint.
S: floral leafy hop with solid malty backbone. Dry.
A: clear amber with one finger bright white head. Little carbonation or retention. Fair lacing. I never seem to get much lacing at pies and pints.
T: dry and malty arrival, turns to o woody, earthy, leafy pronounced hop bite, then a crisp, very clean finish. Northern brewer? East Kent goldings?
M: light and more carbonation than it lets on. Very clean finish.
O: love this beer. Perhaps not as in your face as Souther Tier harvest, but really perfect execution of the style.
