A kettle soured saison. Great semi opaque yellow, with a small white head. Medium carbonation, and smells of mild lacto sourness. Taste is similar, pleasant and refreshing. Cheers!

On-tap at ManRock Brewing Company, Grover Beach, CA
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a thick coating down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose—these become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste is mostly sour and has some notes of lactic acid to it. No spices or yeast are perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a little bit of creaminess.
O: This is an easy to drink sour as the saison body lightens up the body to some degree.
