12oz can served in a Libby globe porter glass. On the bottom of the can: "Raz Springer canned by William and Del. 02/19/24"
Appearance: Mostly clear raspberry pink-red color, with a thin light pink-white head that died back pretty quickly. Only an occasional island of lacing noted.
Smell: Definite raspberry aroma, with a bit of cooked grain.
Taste: Tastes a lot like it smells - some mild tart raspberry up front and in the middle, some cooked grains at the finish. Maybe a little bit of leafy hop bitterness at the finish as well.
Mouthfeel: Fizzy, a bit watery.
Overall / Drinkability: Meh....it's okay. Definite raspberry flavor, but a bit boring and the cooked grains take away from the overall flavor and potential enjoyability of this beer.
