12oz can served in a pilsner glass. Stamped on the bottom of the can: Raise The Sails Canned by William G. Ashley 06/10/24
Appearance: Clear pale straw-yellow color, thin sudsy white head that died back to give little to no lacing.
Smell: Clean, maybe a little sweet (grape and apple).
Taste: Mostly sweet, pilsner malt, grape and apple again, very light bitterness at the finish.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation, good thickness, crisp finish.
Overall / Drinkability: It's easily drinkable, but a bit boring and a bit sweet for a lager. Maybe with the right food this would be a more remarkable beer. I'm a bit underwhelmed.
