Full of sticky resinous hops, our American style IPA was inspired by the pitcher’s rosin bag. This brew is double-dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial, giving it a whack of zesty tangerine and bright orange aromas. Catch the taste of tropical fruits with a moderately bitter dry finish.

A-Hazy Orange in color with a thick off white head that lingers. A good amount of lacing
S-I can smell Citra and a subtle Amarillo. There is an acidic aroma and there seems to be a Citrus and dank battle for supremacy
M-Carbonation is on the high end. Body is medium.
T-Sweet upfront with a smooth bitterness that amplifies in the aftertaste to leave you with a Magnum-like hop mouthful
O-This is a very nice IPA, I do not agree that it is only 50 IBUs. I drank a 6 week only bottle.

On-tap during the Left Field welcome party at their new location.
Beer is amber in colour with a a small, off-white head.
Nose contains pine, resin and some grapefruit.
Taste is fairly bitter. A strong pine resin flavour, in keeping with the name. Some citrus as well. grapefruit primarily. Caramel malt.
Medium bodied, moderately carbonated. Oily.
Overall, good stuff. One of the better IPAs in Ontario. This brewery is off to a good start.

Appearance: smoky pale rust, great head retention, consistent lacing
Smell: pronounced fruity spice - true IPA style
Taste: not too hoppy; sweeter than some other stronger IPA's, short finish, little aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: finishes high in mouth, wishit had a rounder feel
Overall: Good IPA, easy to drink. recommended for the beginner to IPA world.
