Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of fruity hops with some citrusy and tropical fruit notes is really nice. Taste is also a great mix of citrusy hops notes with some tropical fruits and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very well brewed and great way to showcase this hops.

650ml bottle from brewery.
Bright hazy gold with a moderate head that dissipates rather quickly. Moderate lacing. Resin and mild citrus on the nose. Bitter pine with indeterminate fruit on the tongue. Crisp and well carbonated. Solid.

A-Bright golden yellow with a white head that lingers for a while
S-Citrus upfront with pine and slight floral follow up
M-Mouthfeel is medium with a resinous character. Carbonation is medium high and spot on.
T-Bitter dominant, with a sweet transition and bitter aftertaste. There is a Citrus and fruit calling that complement each other and fool the palete into believing that there is a sweetness too
O-This beer is quite nice, and quite bitter, feels like more than 60 IBU. I am now curious about Galaxy hops for my homebrew, but the bitterness needs to be balanced as it is in this beer. Nice work!

Nice white head with very good retention. The nose is fruity, mostly tropical, though a bit restrained rather than the screaming intensity of citra or mosaic. The tropical fruits continue in the flavour, accompanied by some pine. The malt body is notable, a caramel undertone, but the hops are the focus. Moderately bitter finish. A nice beer.
