A-Clear Copper color with a white head
S-Mosaic and Simcoe hops, and I get a slight honey aroma
M-Peppery carbonation with a light mouthfeel
T-Bitterness upfront and a very subtle sweetness. The bitterness lingers quite a bit
O-This is a very flavourful session IPA. Most sessions are watery and lacklustre. This beer has decent levels of bitterness, a good resinous mouthfeel and I think could have just used a little more malt backbone. Nice session.

A new session IPA from Left Field, brewed with Mosaic, SImcoe and Nelson Sauvin. Quite refreshing, with pine and light fruit flavours. The malt flavour is a bit too strong, making a bready caramel flavour dominant - too much for the quantum of hops involved. The hop lineup is pretty stellar, but it doesn't feel like they all shine through as much as I would like - Simcoe is most notable. Still, enjoyable and nice on a hot day like this.
