A-Yellow with a chill haze
S-Aroma of plumbs and prune. Also a heavy funk with olive fragrances. Perhaps this is a case of an old can
M-Watery mouthfeel, medium carbonation
T-Bitter on the uptake, and a long lasting resinous bitter aftertaste
O-Ok brew, more bitter than expected

Canned Nov 11/21 - purchased March 13/22 at LCBO - so 4 months old.
Uniformly bright hazy orange golden pour with finger of fine bubbly white head that laces nicely.
Aroma of grainy cereal malt, pungent ripe tropical fruit - pineapple, papaya, notes of burnt citrus with a piney undertone; earthy and a touch floral.
Taste starts with the sweet grainy malt but quickly succumbs to ripe tropical fruit, over ripe citrus and an herbal earthy bitterness which at first seems ok but overpowers slightly. A touch of an onion note creeps in.
Medium bodied with active carbonation and a lingering bittersweetness - favouring the bitter - at the back of the palate.

Pours slightly boring - no head, no lacing. The nose is barely noticeable herbs and flower. The taste is really bizarre. Malt forward with strong taste of stale cigarettes. Tart finish with heavy carbonation.
I am really happy that I didn't purchase a four-pack of this mess.

I bot a couple to try and was impressed with the smoothness. The flavor belies the 6.8abv. It is very easy to drink and well crafted. I ordered a case.

355 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Out of retirement it seems. Canned December 14, 2021. Now with 6.8% ABV.
Appearance - Semi hazy light golden brew with a half finger of white head poured on top. Moderate staying power and honestly not the most impressive looking brew.
Smell - Pineapple and mango with a suggestion of grapefruit. There's an underlying weediness behind all those sweet tropical aromas. Robust nose.
Taste - Initially sweet with pineapple and a light amount of mango then turns fairly assertively bitter and earthy with grapefruit as well as weediness and even some pine resin.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, slightly boozy, soft carbonation initially then feels a normal amount of gassy afterwards.
Overall - As with most of the brews in this series Prospect: Mosiac nails a good score as a solid, well rounded IPA heavily dependent on a single hop. Good stuff.

Pale golden colour, 2 fingers of white head and some lace. Mix of green and tropical hops, pineapple and mango dominate a bit of garlic and shallot with a very lean malt bill. Taste opens with a light bitterness and tropical fruit, a bit of green piney hops and lightly astringent, fruity hoppy aftertaste. Light medium carbonation, medium body, dry and oily. Decent, not with out it flaws but still OK overall.

A unique hop performance. Orange flavour and colour. Very drinkable, good hop flavour without palate erasing. Smooth drinker. Bottle from the brewery.

New entry in the Prospect series. The best one I have had so far. The mosaic hops provide a nice tropical fruit flavour, as well as some pine. Malt is restrained but present, providing a nice bready backbone. Medium bodied, nice lively carbonation without being irritating. Very drinkable.
