A collaboration with Godspeed Brewing (Luc Bim Lafontaine), this is a pale ale with citrus zest (yuzu, orange, grapefruit and lime) and saccharomyces trois. Hazy but not cloudy, with the lime, yuzu and grapefruit all coming through pretty strongly in the nose. The flavour is quite dry with a very mild tartness, and a lot of citrus flavour. Again, the yuzu, grapefruit and lime are all prominent. The finish is the weak part for me- quite dry, which is fine, but there is a definite anise flavour that I am not fond of. Otherwise quite nice- looking forward to the opening of Godspeed!
