With added Brett and made in Canada, this could have been the disaster that this style usually is, when not made by those who know how. But it isn't.
Saison is best made by Belgians and select US breweries, but this one is decent, despite (and not because of) the Brett. The pour would have higher marks if the darn thing didn't decide to make a run for it upon opening. Heads up. Clearly.
Funky nose and taste but it isn't tart. If anything, it leaves your lips sticky.
