Pours clear brass with a small, dish soap head that musters up a bit of lace. Toast, grains, raisins, herbal hops in the nose. The taste is malt dominated with raisin brain and roasted barley notes tempered only a bit by some accompanying woody, herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with sparse carbonation. The finish is malty and short.
A pretty nice English Bitter but a bit anemic in the hop department. Worth a try if you like them malty.
