On tap at Collective Arts Brewing in Toronto, Ontario.
This one pours a light-ish amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like toasted bread, rye, caramel, and a bit of floral hops.
This is a pretty tasty take on the style. There’s a nice spicy rye and spicy hop character here, with a creamy and bready malt backbone that adds some, but not all, of the sweetness. It’s all quite balanced nicely.
This is light bodied, but a bit creamy, and super drinkable.
This was clearly done by someone who definitely cares about the style. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Pours a cooper, bronze color. White head formation with little retention. Bready on the nose. Malty, caramel, bready taste. A bit on the sweet side but with a nice bitter afterflavor.

Pours a bright copper with excellent clarity. Small amount of short-lived head. Aroma is bread, grass and crackers. An excellent smelling beer. Taste largely follows. Nice malts and bread with a tiny bit of hops. Very smooth and easy drinking. Very good overall.

Pours a brilliantly crystal clear light copper color, slightly off white head with decent staying power. The color and clarity of this are very attractive.
The nose has a rich prominent bread crust note, hints of being slightly toasted; minor rye like spice hops, and a very pleasant earthy but almost floral fresh air sort of aroma.
The tastes is first and foremost slightly toasty bread crust; there is a nice hop presence as well; little bit earthy and a little bit rye like bite on the finish.
Medium body but oh so drinkable; this goes down like water. It has a very smooth and gentle carbonation that adds to its drinkability for me. Dry finish all around with a minor hop bitterness.
