This Triple IPA knocks it out of the park with big flavours of sweet, sticky apricot, grapefruit pith and pine, thanks to the addition of Simcoe Cryo hops. With a clean bitterness and a smooth finish, DINGER! scores big and brings the crowd to their feet.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a Teku glass. From the Huron Church Rd. LCBO in nearby Windsor. Canned December 12/25. My 27th beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 18th for 2026. Ridiculously embraced by Sundae the cat...

Pours hazy orange with a frothy, medium sized head throwing up lots of lace trails. The aroma is of citrus, pine tar, pineapple, caramel malts. The taste is dominated by orange, grapefruit and candied orange peel with loads of bitterness and a moderate bready malt ballast. The mouthfeel is full bodied with light carbonation. Resinous, mouthcoating hop alpha acids and a touch of booziness in the long finish.
A fantastic TIPA with a wall of orange flavors and dangerously well hidden strength. A must try.

Triple IPA from Left Field. Served cold into a chalice. LCBO purchase for just over $5 CDN. Canned November 19, 2025.
Appearance - Rich dark golden color with decent haziness. Honey brown hues. A half finger of thin white head is poured and fizzles out quick. Small soapy collar left behind.
Smell - Big pineapple notes here with some orange and peach. A touch boozy aromatically as well as expected with this 11% monster. Good intensity and quite welcoming.
Taste - Pineapple and soft apricot are the flavors. Some booze as well and a wheaty malt backbone. Fairly fruit forward with some boozy sharpness, but not a lot.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied and with low carbonation. A bit sticky.
Overall - Drinks quite well for a big TIPA. I find generally after about 9.5% most DIPA/TIPA's or more are tasty enough the booze just isn;t disguised at all and there's a rough around the edges quality that isn't there with many of the imperial stouts, Belgians or Barleywines. With that, Dinger! manages to mostly avoid that pitfall and is a rather tasty and fruity expression of some serious IPA power.
