Clear golden-orange pour, very transparent, no sediments visible. Champagne-like carbonation that quickly dissipates, leaving behind no trace of lacing, or anything else. Kinda looks like a cider. Yeasty and musty smell, floral and citrusy. Citrus taste, some vinegar, a bit of honey and elderflowers. Light body, medium carbonation and a moderately bitter aftertaste. Refreshing.
