330ml bottle.Wine glass. Enjoyed on jul´13 -from I Fira de Sant Feliu. Pours amber in color, orange to the light headed by a creamy. off-white, froth. Crown shows fairly good retention & leaves spots on sides. Incredible aroma profile displays: citric & lemon juice, hints of bread, vinious & grape notes, fresh wood hues as well as grapefruit & herbs, Sweet/sour upfront with a touch of tarteness is followed by caramel malts & unctuous sensation. Medium to full body. Moderate to high carbonation.Citric, floral & herbal Infusions in the middle. Subtle spicy touch & funny palate. Very low bitterness. Gorgeous & dry but kind bitter finish rounded by spiced flavors. Long sweet, fruity & malty aftertaste. Delicious.

The label lists the malts (Pale Ale, Vienna, Trigo and Carafa III), the hops (Nelson Sauvin and Cascade) and the yeast (Saison); also added are Orange Blossoms and Elder
Appearance: A massive head results from a rather slow pour, dwarfing the cloudy amber liquid; excellent retention as well as a decent lacing job
Smell: Yeast forward, with a bready character complemented by white wine grape, orange blossoms and an herbal aspect
Taste: Bready, at first, and the various hops and adjuncts take over, bringing a vinous white wine dominant character; the orange blossoms and elder also make a mark, after the swallow; a rather peppery bite appears in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a prickly, rather high level of carbonation
Overall: It took me a while to warm up to this beer, but once I translated the ingredient list I understood what was going on; I wound up rather enjoying it and its creativity though it is not quite in the top flight of Saisons
