Had been digging these Singled Out beers (despite my ratings not always being the best), and was excited to get back to my old stomping grounds for the first time in over three months. Had never heard of Pacific Jade, so was interested to see what it was all about.

Poured a medium yellow clear color with 1-to-2 fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Light bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Excellent spiderweb foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled dish soap, lemon, lime, citrus zest and slight lactose. (Smell - 3.50)

Tasted a little different than the nose, getting buttery notes, dry herbal, dish soap, lingering peppery spice, hints of dried pineapple and grass. (Taste - 3.50)

Light-to-medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt spicy finish. (Feel - 3.50)

Was not that much of a fan of this I think I overrated parts as well. (Overall - 3.50)

Clear golden amber brew with a decent head. Served on tap in a pint shaker at Small Bar. Distinctive aroma of grapes and berries. Fairly sharp mouthfeel.

Taste is woody and fruity. Tangy and weirdly spicy. This might be better as a Pale Ale with a little less intensity of these hops. Interesting but bitter with an astringent aftertaste.
