Had a pint at the brew pub today for $6.00.

Beer poured golden orange with a beautiful white head that left lacing with each sip.

Nose was very light citrus over pale and crystal malts.

Taste was grapefruit forward over a light malt base with no residual bitterness.

Mouthfeel was awesome! Light and soft and very graceful over the palette with each sip.

Overall a good offering that i am glad i tried. If you dig cascade hops give this a shot!

Poured a clear golden body with orange tint and great head and lace. Light citric hop aroma with hint of sweetness. Smooth body, has some juicy sweetness from hops and malts and then a crisp hop finish. Simple and enjoyable.

Had been digging these Singled Out beers (despite my ratings not always being the best), and was excited to get back to my old stomping grounds for the first time in over three months. Had the Pacific Jade earlier and went with the Cascade next. Relatively a big fan of Cascade hops, so was looking forward to it.

Was almost exactly like the Pacific Jade in the color, pouring a medium yellow clear color with 1-to-2 fingers of frothy white head when I got it. Light bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Excellent spiderweb foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled grapefruit, floral, soapy pine, dry overall, citrus, orange blossom and citrus rind. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted floral, grapefruit, citrus, lime zest, lemon, pine, dry orange peel and hints of peppery spices. (Taste - 3.75)

Light-to-medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, floraly finish. (Feel - 4.00)

This was pretty good overall. I’m not 100 percent sure I knew what Cascade really was until having this, even though I thought I did. (Overall - 3.75)
