Another QB small batch brought to life on a large scale, first brewed as a trial for our taproom, this went down a storm, but due to the pandemic this was cut from our schedule last year. So here it is bigger, stronger, and fruitier than ever... and it's a Blinder.
Our house lager is under new management by order of a Peachy Blinder! Using 100kg of peach puree and our clean house lager base, with a touch of Mosaic in the boil we've created a refreshingly moreish fruited lager. Don't mess with a Peachy Blinder

Copenhagen 13/1 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow orange can with pattern of triangles.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor of Stone fruit mingling with tart sour notes. Sweet peach and a bit of white sugar. Citrus and sour currants.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart sourness. 'aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh cup of lemonade with a stint of Peach.
