Clear dark golden color with a bit of off-white foam. Aroma is tart, lemony and minty, works out really nicely. Taste follows with tart, lemony zing and bright mint. Not an artificial, gum or toothpaste pint, the real plant or maybe like in a tea. Medium to light bodied with medium to high effervescence. Really refreshing, tart and bright.

Rose tan with fast-fleeing white froth. 3.75
Bright acetic with berry and herb undertones. 4
Bit of rusk, then woody vinegar, some berry skin, + oily citrus. 4
