33cl bottle, 1m to bb.
Deep gold, lacy fading foam.
Drive-by is .. lychee type (white) dessert wine. Nose adds strong chamomile cut by a sharpish berry aroma (hibiscus?).
Taste emphasizes the chamomile, a bit too much for my tastes. And this is definitely not fresh, so it is not the brusqueness of youth. Otherwise pleasant, balanced, initial sweetness morphes to this overabundance of chamomile.
Reminds me of a witbier grand cru where the body is nicely elegant and in harmony, but spices like chamomile here, have gotten out of control. Happens very easily. Does not make the beer bad, but the palate wearies too soon.

From decervecitas. In Teku glass. Playing Thimbleweed Park. Didnt find much farmhouse notes but found a really well hidden abv and interesting child-candy like notes with a flowerly touch. Fairly pleasant
