L- Deep ruby chestnut, clear, pours with thin off-white head, clearing to lacing.
S- Imagine a Xmas pudding that's been doused in brandy.
T- Unexpectedly complex (before I read the lable and see more). I now 'get' the red wine, and the spirit derived pungency.
F- It's pretty sweet, I'd start with this well chilled and give it a short while to warm whilst sipping away. [My wife sampled it blind, she likes 'sweet' more than me, she said 'It's really pretty sweet!' so if that doesn't work for you take it as a caution.
O- Different, interesting, but I notice how much of the^ concerns it's rather high sweetness.
