Purchased at brewery in October of 2018
Poured from bottle into tulip, good 1+ finger dark tan head, good retention and lacing. Jet black and viscous, no light passes thru. Smells mainly of cocoa powder, some roasted malt, but chocolate for the win. Taste follow the nose, good chocolate on the first sip, some sweetness, caramel, vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate thru the middle and a slight coffee bean on the finish. There is a slight roast astringency on the finish, but it melds in with the chocolate pretty good. Mouthfeel is viscous, very decadent, lactose smooths things out here. Should have shoved 2 of these in my suitcase to bring home. Still holding up after almost 2 years.

330 ml bottle, bought at the brewery. Drank 11/1/18.
Look - Viscous thick black motor oil, thin chocolate brown head that faded rapidly.
Smell - Couldn't get much except fresh chocolate bar.
Taste - Chocolate forward. Probably 75% milk chocolate with some dark chocolate and a tiny bit of bitterness evening things out a bit on the back end. There is definitely some lactose going on, but I don't think I'd quite call this a milk stout given the presence of the darker chocolate taste and the bitterness.
Feel - Heavy. This is sludge, in a good way. Thick and chewey, but not necessarily silky.
Overall. A really nice beer - definitely worth picking up. Not complex save for the milk vs dark interplay. The name Accept All Cookies is kind of a misnomer as to me this is all chocolate. With a few tweaks, this one is clearly just a heartbeat away from a world class Chocolate Stout! Well done Siren, cheers!
