Collaboration with Civil Society Brewing
We love Civil Society and wanted to go all out with this post-LCBF collaboration. This Sour DIPA is loaded with the most hops we've ever used, 6 different varieties to be precise. On the nose this gives us pineapple, tropical fruits, grapefruit and dankness. All of this continues as you drink, with masses of fresh citrus, zests and explosive tart fruitiness. A big full mouthfeel, slight sweetness and the underlying sourness offsets those massive hops flavours perfectly. A huge dry hop and delicate sourness make Cradle of Culture dangerously drinkable! Allergens: Malted Barley, Wheat, Oats.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.5%. Hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Hoppy aroma with notes of tropical fruits (including mango and pineapple), also citrus and a hint of spruce. Moderately sour flavour with a distinct fruitiness, notes of citrus, hints of tropical fruits and pine.
