440ml can.
L: Cloudy, dark yellow with short-lived head and spotty lacing.
S: Delicate aroma of white wine vinegar and lime zest.
T: Mouth-puckering lemon balanced by a distinct salt tang, sweet honey and fruity new world hops.
F: Medium/light body, subtly bitter, pitch-perfect sourness.
O: A bit of a frivolous novelty but also a delightfully well balanced juicy IPA. The lemon is bright and zinging, sharp and sour, the honey and lactose sweetness keeps everything in check, and the saltiness is a delight. Well done Siren. A pudding beer that works equally well as a sour NEIPA.
