A welcome return of our first ever California IPA, originally made in collaboration with California’s finest exponents of the style - Green Cheek. Every Minute Matters has been a game changer. It’s crisp, clean and refreshing, with the name refrerencing a very particular hop addition schedule. Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe combine with bitter, resinous magic.

440ml can. A tidy AIPA. Not a stand-out but certainly enjoyable. Mainly clear, pale amber with a thin head and lots of ragged lacing. Stone fruit aroma. Stone fruit and citrus flavour with a nicely woody, bitter backbone. Medium body and a properly slick mouthfeel. Almost old school but just a tad too much orange. Not bad but I’d prefer less citrus and more resin (as the label description implies, to be honest). The overall package doesn’t justify the 7.2% ABV.

Copenhagen 7/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As "Every Minute Matters ... Five Years Later". Can In orange and different shades of blue.

Comes gushing out of the can making a mess. Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing,

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Peach and a hint of mango. Grapefruit and lemon.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers fora while. Finish is rather dry.

Zesty but a bit flat.
