Futurist is a gluten free beer that packs a punch! Expect aromas of grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruits and pine along with subtle orange flavours. Everything rounds out in a soft, moreish mouthfeel.

Copenhagen 8/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple version of Siren’s usual design with some spheres traveling an psychedelic landscape.
Pours opaque luminescent yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles thin patches of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and a scent of sharp citrus. Ripe peach and apricot. Tart citrus.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a tad watery. Lingers shortly.
Finish is a bit thin and quickly forgotten. A quite thin cup of beer.

440ml can.
L: Hazy, dark orange/gold colour with one finger of white soapy head.
S: Tropical fruit.
T: Orange zest and juice. Bitter and dusty.
F: Light body, delicate mouthfeel and a bone dry finish.
O: Gluten free, session strength and AIPA is a difficult combination to pull off and this example from Siren is better than most. It’s dry-hopped to create flavour and suffers from some hop burn as a consequence. It utilises oats to protect mouthfeel but is still a tad thin. That said, it’s very good for what it sets out to be.

Wow, first to review this...I was mega impressed with their American IPA and totally surprised and blown away.
Beautiful appearance, luminous but still natural looking...like a glowing flower.
Wow, unbelievable complexity, but still with a session IPA lightness. Bitter, tropical, and gluten free also, what more could a human want apart from bars to open and the media and government to finally start telling the truth?
Currently my favourite brewer who I have never heard of! Lets ring sirens yeah boom great idea! Wake everyone up and give them some mofo beer! Ya
