Pours motoroil black with a huge, stable mohagony colored head.

Smells of roasted coffee, subtle milk chocolate and lighter molasses among profound toffee and sweet caramel.

Has a thick and creamy mouthfeel, showcasing the complexity of the beer‘s heavier body perfectly.

Tastes less sweet than the aromas indicated, heavy on the cream with burned malts and bakers chocolate, coated up by a subtle coffee bitterness. This creates an intriguing balance, which leaves enough room on the palate for lighter molasses and toasted hazelnuts to cut through. Finishes heavenly creamy, with more molasses and a long lasting coffee dryness, together with sweet fudge and a whiff of glazed caramel.

This is fantastic thoughout with a world class mouthfeel to it and a great balance, hiding the higher abv in this marvelously well.
