Pours char black with a pillowy, huge mohagony colored head.

The smell on this consists of cinnamon, milk chocolate, cardamom and a perfumy wooden quality.

Has a soft and creamy mouthfeel with a lighter effervescence coming up during the beer‘s finish.

Tastes of bakers chocolate, dry, fresh pressed coffee beans and noble, bitter hops, together with wooden cinnamon and creamy dark chocolate. Turns sweeter then, with glazed caramel and maple syrup, together with a maintaining licorice spiciness which adds a pleasant complexity to the sweeter beer. Finishes dry with notes of char, lighter maple and a well working nuttiness among the dry hops.

This is quite lovely and unusual with a well working flavor composition ranging from sweet caramel to bitter chocolate and noble hops in between, balanced by wood and sweet spices.

Dark and thick black with little creamy head. Smells sweet, coffee, and of pancake mix. Flavours are dark chocolate, liquorice, toffee, dark fruits and slight mapel and pancakes on the backbone. Quite a boozy taste and slightly thick. A pudding style beer!
