Pours a slightly clouded golden color with a medium sized, stable head.
Smells of fresh cut limes, chestnut honey, ripe papaya and leathery boots.
Drinks light and refreshing with a well nuanced, lively carbonation, together with a crisp and light body.
Tastes dry and bitter from first glance with a complimenting, mineralic nuance, resulting from the effervescent carbonation in this. Got a bready malt backbone to it, establishing an ongoing intriguing crispness, with a lingering, lighter orange sweetness. Finishes just a little sweeter, with riper turning exotic fruits, papaya and passion fruit being the most noteable, and a prominent, uncompromising, leaf supported lime bitterness.
A fine Pale Ale with a fantastic balance and crispness to it, highlighted by a fantastic nose.
