We're excited to experiment with Strataâ„¢ hops for the first time and have chosen a soft, hazy beer to show them off the best. There are plenty of oats involved here, building a nice body and smooth mouthfeel. Look out for juicy melon and sweet berry notes that Strata is known for, complementing the stone fruit flavours of our house-strain Vermont yeast.

Pours a clouded amber color with a smaller, bubbly head.
Smells of ripe pineapples, passion fruit, dried herbs and mango zest among fresh squeezed limes.
Has a soft, refreshing mouthfeel with a lighter body and a well nuanced carbonation level.
Tastes of ripe oranges, crackers and bitter limes, together with luscious passion fruit and a note of tangerine. The beer turns sweeter then with a noteable malt backbone, while producing a lasting lime bitterness and lighter smoothness. Finishes with a hint of ice bonbon, cooked rice, old leaves and lime scent.
Solid IPA with a nice twist between bitter and sweet flavors with a pleasant fruitiness to it.
