L- Murky chestnut brown. Pours with a 2Cm pillowy off white head that holds up well.
S- I get an aromatic timber/fruit/berry note
T- Quite bright, bright dry hops and a minor sour note comes in. Again a fruity note appears in the background and lingers.
F- Hoppy-dry + a very minor touch of sour. Sufficiently balanced with malt so nothing dominates.
O- Interesting, different and one I'd happily drink again it's a well put together beer. I'm not sure I'd buy it again as it's a bit £ but I'm pleased I got to try it.
