A balanced blonde ale full of intrigue and nuance. The beer starts in traditional fashion as we brew with Belgian Candi sugar, ferment with a traditional abbey ale yeast and hop with German varieties. In addition, we've used sea buckthorn for fresh tartness and pink peppercorns with a subtle floral spiciness.

440ml can.
L: Clear, golden colour with an orange core and many streams of microbubbles rising to a white, soapy head.
S: Light brown sugar with a faint aroma of old socks (the sea buckthorn berries?).
T: I’m getting mainly the adjuncts (I think). Semi-sweet and moderately dry. Tastes weird.
F: Really thin.
O: Am at a loss over this one. Not sure what it’s trying to achieve. All over the place.
