Time Hops looks at some of the world’s favourite hops and the impact they’ve had on beer as we know it. To bring this story to life, we’ve created four unique beers inspired by some pivotal moments in time where growers and brewers made the magic happen.
Centennial takes us to sunny California and the West Coast revolution. The boundaries of beer were pushed, bitterness was dialled up, and hops became the centre of attention.

400ml can.
L: Hazy, copper colour with one finger of creamy head and sheets of lacing.
S: Cooked citrus.
T: Caramel, vintage marmalade and resin. Moderate bitterness. Alcohol heat is evident but builds slowly.
F: Big, bold and sticky.
O: A great west coast IPA done old skool. Rich and fragrant and gorgeous. Centennial hops are outrageous. We need more of this (just with less alcohol, please).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
