Copenhagen 7/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Siren's usual can design this time with what looks like doodles in black, pink and yellow.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patches of foam floating aimlessly about. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus and a touch of Pine. Peach and pineapple. Lemon and citrus. Resin.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent if somewhat flat NEIPA.
