It was a pleasure to welcome the team from New York to Siren for our Time Hops festival. We’re both big fans of Strata hops, so decided to brew a mind-bending black IPA, packed full of juicy melon and red berry flavours, but with a deceptively dark pour. Expect minimal roastiness, a soft body, tropical aroma and a subtle bitterness.
