Copenhagen 30/4 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Siren’s usual can design in ocher and brown with a female face and weird patterns.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, sugary and candy-like odor. Cocoa, brown sugar, vanilla, toffee and milk chocolate.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet yet fairly light.
