Our ‘Expressions' beers are soft PAs made to tell the story of an individual hop. Idaho 7 has only been around for 8 years, but has made a big impression in that time. Named after its home state, we love its piney, tropical, fruity and floral aromas.

Copenhagen 8/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Can in Siren’s usual design with a light green watercolor.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor mingling with a stronger citric scent. Sweet peach. Lemon and grapefruit. Zesty.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness Followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Fresh and refreshing Indian Pale Ale.
